Conference organizers’ goal are to ensure the safety of conference attendees in preventing COVID-19 infections. For this reason, the following rules will be in force during the Rotary ICC International Conference and General Assembly “to increase the safety of all participants.
These rules may be adjusted to be in line with any future regulations applicable in Ukraine as well as any new policies set by Rotary International. Please ensure that you are aware of all applicable regulations in this changing situation.
All Conference participants must be able to present valid proof that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Vaccination is considered complete after two weeks (14 days) have passed since receiving the final dose applicable as at the time of the conference. Any vaccine approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) will be accepted.
Entry into the Conference halls will be checked and allowed only after presentation and validation of the vaccination certificate drawn up in English.
Guests who are not vaccinated, it will be necessary to provide a negative PCR test carried out no more than 48 hours before arrival at the Conference. If they are unable to provide such test, they will not be admitted to the Conference.
The wearing of masks will be compulsory for all participants while indoors apart from their own room for the duration of the Conference. The masks worn must cover the nose and mouth.
Frequent use must be made of the sanitizers and liquids available in the room for the sanitization of hands.
Participants must avoid crowding and ensure local social distances guidelines. Limitations of numbers of people in rooms in accordance with the then current regulations will be enforced.
All foreigners, regardless of age and country of arrival to
enter Ukraine must have an insurance policy (certificate)
issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine or a foreign
insurance company with a representative office in Ukraine or a
contractual relationship with the insurance company-partner on
the territory of Ukraine (assistance), which covers the costs
associated with the treatment of COVID-19, observation, and is
valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine.
