* ICC Conference Fee, April 1-3
includes participation in all official events of the whole program of
ICC International Conference & General Assembly during April, 1-3, 2022 in Kyiv.
This promotional fee ($ 195 USD) is valid for Rotarians until February 14, 2022.
Then the following fee will apply for Rotarians and guests except for Rotaractors:

ICC Conference Fee as of February 15, 2022 – $ 225 USD

ICC Conference Fee as of March 1, 2022 – $ 255 USD

ICC Conference Fee as of March 21, 2022 – $ 285 USD

For Rotaractors only the ICC Conference Fee remains $ 195 USD until April 1, 2022.

Gala Evening Event and Transfers from/to airport are NOT included in the ‘ICC Conference Fee’.

All fees are indicated in USD ($) and include any applicable taxes.

Insurance

Given the possibility of factors that might cause you to need to cancel your participation at the event, we recommend that each participant takes out own insurance policy to cover cancellation of both the hotel and the conference itself.

Reimbursement policy:

Registration Closes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer due to force
majeure (e.g. measures against the spread of Covid-19
ordered by the Government of Ukraine or another body
of Ukraine or the impossibility of the event caused by
other epidemic / pandemic / security situation in
Ukraine or measures against its spread) Registration Close fee
will be reimbursed to the participants in case if the
request for reimbursement will be received to email:
icckyiv2022@ukr.net . However, a $ 60 USD
Euros processing fee will apply to each Registration Close.
